This jacket comes with the collector's edition of EVE Online that has been recently launched in Russia (landing page is available here if you're curious).

It's going to be available for some time, but only in Russia, Ukraine and some other ex-USSR countries.

I wouldn't know about that.

The Baltic states (Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania) are a part of the EU, and so are Poland and Hungary (although they never were in the USSR to begin with). You'll need a visa to travel to Russia and other ex-USSR countries (although Ukraine seems to be on track to establish a visa-free regime with the EU).

I think the point of the question may have been to establish whether the special offer is available in any EU countries. Because if it is then, due to the single market, it will necessarily be available in all other EU countries as well (I believe).
Yep, I understand that. I think that it's unfortunately not available in the Baltic states, but I'll check with our publisher today.

Not to sound immodest or anything, but it's really nice.
